Costs to Join the Network

Learn more about what it takes to join the Divorce With Dignity Network and build a peaceful divorce practice with the support of an established national organization.

Beginning in March 2026, Divorce With Dignity offers a single Provider membership that includes the core tools, training, technology, and professional support needed to operate within the network. This model is designed to support professionals who are launching a new practice or incorporating Divorce With Dignity services into an existing one.

Your initial setup includes onboarding and training, a custom Provider web page, access to business and client service templates, the Divorce With Dignity software suite, and other tools that support the day-to-day operation of your practice. Ongoing membership provides access to shared technology, coaching calls, Provider meetings, training events, and the broader professional community.

Divorce With Dignity is not structured as a franchise. We do not charge royalties or take a percentage of your revenue, allowing Providers to operate independent practices while benefiting from the resources and recognition of the national network.

The table below outlines the Provider setup investment, ongoing membership subscription, and the key resources included with your membership.

Providers can expect their total startup investment to range from approximately $8,000 to $14,000, depending on factors such as location, business structure, and whether you choose to operate virtually or maintain a physical office.

The Divorce With Dignity setup fee is $6,500 and includes the training, systems, tools, and support needed to launch your practice within the network. Additional startup expenses may include business registration, insurance, and basic operating costs, which vary by provider.

We work with Providers to keep startup costs manageable, including options to finance a portion of the setup fee and begin with a virtual model to reduce initial overhead.

Compared to traditional service-based franchises—which often require $150,000 or more in startup capital—launching a Divorce With Dignity practice requires a significantly lower investment. Additionally, there are no ongoing royalties or revenue-sharing requirements, allowing you to retain your earnings while building long-term value in your own practice.

Most Providers definitely recoup their initial investment during the first year and then revenues start increasing. Annual earnings of $150,000 and above have been the average for some of the DWD providers (depending on the resources and effort you contribute to grow your business).
